Hardcore servers? and rare military weapons, no c4

Have someone found good hc server? I have tray some but thay whas not hc. I Like to found realy good hc server.
Why do people like no c4? If there is no c4 or it's "rare" it's damn near impossible to raid a persons base. Correct me if wrong but if you make a base that requires 10+ c4 to get to a "loot"room and there is no c4 on a server...... Why not just play on a pve. In my opinion the game is pretty well balanced with base making and c4

I, for one, prefer limited C4 servers because I like open world PvP, but don't like the startling ease with which raiders can wipe out my progress overnight. Raiders can still take you out, but not whole swaths of bases in one sitting.
I would also disagree about the balance between raiding and defense, but that is a topic for another thread of which their are many.

Some people like the concept of open world fights without having to log into a raided base every morning which can be rage inducing. Throw in rare military items and suddenly loot from dead players means a whole lot more. As far as c4 being balanced, it is, right up until you get a significant number of a server's player base working together, they just end up raiding with impunity.
Point is i like to found harder server to play, not those normal play 10min and u have all Bulls.
