So not long ago, i'd always play in chrome. it was smooth and flawless.
few weeks ago, every few hours unity would crash in chrome
currently chrome crashes every 4-6minutes and even ingame triggers crash the client (such as respawning)
ive switched to firefox to fix the problem, but firefox is choppier and switching doesnt fix the problem, its just a work around.
^ that sums up everything
I want to discuss this problem...
-Who else has this problem?
-is it as frequent as i suggested for you too?
-has anyone found a solution to fix?
-does anyone have any IDEAS of what might be the cause?
EDIT:
ive spoken to two people who use chrome, have always used chrome, and STILL use chrome without unity crashing issues. If you dont have issues still post here, i want to see if its just a lucky few or if the minority are the people dealing with the instability

use opera, fixed it for now

have you tried using opera compared to firefox?
there is a huge noticeable difference between chrome and firefox. wondering if opera is as smooth as chrome

pretty smooth, might even be better...
as i can't seem to be playing for 5-10 minutes before i'm getting some FATAL error (crash)
and whenever someone shoots a gun at me = crash.
I dont have a problem with chrome.. never had a problem with it

ok so at least its not a problem that everyone has, at least that leaves hope for a solution.
I have had this problem on chrome, on one of my newer registered accounts (more recent key) that i tried out. My normal original one which used the old create your own password system is flawless.
Same exact thing, used chrome, switched to firefox, on chrome i used to crash about every hour, now I can't even launch the game using chrome, so I'm using firefox :S
I never crashed in chrome but was told to switch to firefox for better performance. They are both fine for me
i re installed chrome today and it appears to have fixed the problem?
im guessing since the game plays in the browser and chrome has a plugin for addons seperate to each tab it just collected to much and caused crashing after a period of time..
only a guess >.>
