It seems to happen alot on servers.
Me & my bf are constantly joining new servers because of hackers & admin abuse.
The lastest one & most rediculous was [US]Rust++1.53/Fresh2-07/Noob Friendly/Starter kits/PVP , IP: 50.31.103.38
Me & my BF were banned by the admins, the EZO group.
My bf killed one of them after they killed him multiple times & then he got banned! BANNED for shooting him.
The admin was THAT sour, that he had to ban my bf because he got killed. Couldn't take being shot & killed & freaking banned him just because he couldn't handle it.
My boyfriend was happy that he finally killed one of them & thought he could get his stuff back, like how it NORMALLY is, & then he got kicked.
Then I said in the side chat "Just sat next to my BF & watched him get banned because the Admin couldn't take being killed by another player, talk about admin abuse"
and then go figure, I GOT BANNED. because I couldn't believe what I just saw, yet again, admin abuse which seems to be happening more frequently, and said something.
Me & my boyfriend absolutely love this game, it is perfect because it combines RPG elements, survival, and fps elements and it's such a fun game.
But when stuff like this happens, where it's not even hackers ruining the game, but the people who host the servers and are supposed to give players a fun & FAIR place to play the game, then it makes
us not even want to play anymore.
We have spent so much time and money on this game but it just seems like more & more admins are abusing their powers & kick players over absolutely nothing when they have a fit.
We had spent alot of time on that server with our friends & all of it was gone in an instant for a completely UNFAIR & rediculous reason.
Anyone else find this incredibly frustrating ???
You could come to my server, i don't abuse, i don't even participate in the PVP or the raiding part of the game. I just monitor and help where needed. If your interested let me know and ill inbox the IP to you. to your question though yes very frustrating its the main reason i rented my own server.
You & your bf should just keep searching for different server, there are tons.
You & your bf are not alone in being "victims" of "admin abuse".
