• Good players: What dpi and sens works for you?

Just curious. From my experience a lot of the really better people I met use quite higher sens in Rust than they normally would because of how damn fast people move (especially in close quarters) and how high guns kick. I wish ADS sens would be adjustable in this game to be honest ;(
I use a mouse with a button for 4 options
Control panel mouse settings set to 6/11 DPI: 800 (Razer Naga 2012) Rust in-game sensitivity : right in the middle
I usally play on max sensitivity . But thats because of my comp days from TF2 where you constantly need to look around. But DPI around 600-1200 depending on what I do
DPI: 450 windows sens 6/11 ingame sens(input.mousespeed): 1.15 (about 1/6 of bar?)
even if people move damn fast the biggest mistake that I see many do is follow the opponent's zigzags (that's the only reason you'd need super fast sensitivity) . Usually when people zigzag they have a pattern so just keep your crosshair at the point where they change direction and press it each time they step there, don't follow them left right left right cuz they will escape most likely.
As fast as possible, everything turned up to the max. When I need a steady shot, I just walk sideways instead of moving my mouse, to line up the shot. For everything else, speed is key.
Increased slightly through my mouse software. Have no issues killing people.
Most competitive fps players use very low sens for precision. Rust however you will be turning around a lot. I use 800 dpi 6/11 windows and like 1/6 of the rust sensitivity bar

Have to lift mouse way too much and its very hard to follow fast moving people. In cs and cod it works, but the recoil you have to compensate in this game is a whole different story.

Dpi 450 Ingame 0.85
logitech g600 mmo mouse with 2900 dpi and dpi shift set to 700
Dpi 450 Ingame 0.85
wow. lowest ive come across so far. I can play with similar sens in other games but this game requires too much mouse movement, I only use a 36cm mousemapd and prefer wrist movement. ^_^
Had a mouse @ 400dpi, was too choppy for me. Bought a new one @ 1600, soooo nice. 1/5 of the bar in game sensitivity, 1/2 bar Windows settings.
1000 dpi, windows : 6/11 IG sens : middle mouse acceleration OFF I use thumb button for medkits quite useful Razer Deathadder 2013 edition I almost never loose Pvps I was using 2800 Dpi till I played Cs go, now I can no longer use more than 1500 dpi I dunno why I think it should be something with razer synapse update or something
my Naga Epic i have set to 1800. i strafe for steady shot. i should probably set a keybind for a 500ish dpi though
3200 DPI and very low sensitivity.

I used to play with 1600 dpi. could never go higher than that..
