Ok so I have a mac and We do not have any games with zombies literally! I think everyone with a mac would like to play it seriously. So Garry Newman please add rust for mac.
Get a PC good sir :)

Or garry could just use Unity's ability to target MacOS.

Don't expect to game if you buy a Mac.

As a guy who has a Mac, that's completely wrong. We've got both Left 4 Dead games, Killing Floor, Atom Zombie Smasher, The Walking Dead, Plants vs. Zombies, Organ Trail, and most of the Call of Duty games that have a Nazi Zombies mode. And probably more - those are just the ones I either have, or could remember to check Steam for.
"not enough games" and "zombie games" are two phrases that cannot be combined other any circumstances on any platform ever

Who cares about that? Does that have anything about getting a mac for rust? no it does not.
The real question is.
When wont he 0.o

He corrected something that was wrongly stated. There's nothing wrong with that.
Rust already runs on Mac but last time we checked, we had a strange engine bug going on with shadows, not sure if that's been fixed with the newer unity releases
Why would you get a Mac when you want to play games? hell you could probably buy two decent PC's for what you probably payed.

he's basically telling you a bunch of alternatives that are mostly all better than rust x7, play them while you wait (even though rust apparently runs on macs anyway so i don't know what you're talking about)
No one that is smart games on a mac, and people who usually get to test games in beta are die hard gamers, so........ Why dont you wait tell the game releases or get a second OS edition added to your computer. There you go!
Rust already works on Mac, strange that you didn't even attempt to test it before requesting a Mac version. A few bugs with shadows, but that's an issue with Unity rather than Rust as far as I can tell.
As far as gaming on a Mac.... honestly I am a diehard PC user, but if Microsoft keeps going the way they're going with Windows 8 I'll probably become a Mac user pretty quick. That's one of the reasons I'm a big fan of Unity - they just support Mac out of the box.
It's funny because you can play games just fine on a mac as long as you know what you're doing.

This is the most tupid thing I have heard all day, please PC or go home.
P.S
Linux is even better than mac.

I would generally agree, except nobody really supports Linux just yet. Some do, but not everybody which makes it not a great system for gaming just yet and for this Mac is ever so slightly better. Still not as good as PC, but as I said if Microsoft keeps going the way they are going I'll probably ending switching to Mac anyway.
It also doesn't help that Linux is massively fragmented.

It isn't really, especially when distributing with Steam.
