RustRCON
RustRCON (Remote Console) is a means to allow administration of your game server without the need to be in the game itself or logged into your GSP server. RustRCON is a free admin tool that provides this remote administration ability by creating a TCP connection to your GSP RUST server using the Source Engine RCON protocols.

ppfreeware@hotmail.com
Linux/Mac Compatibilty:
Will only ever work in Windows (untested under Linux Wine).
Source Code:
It's freeware, not open source so don't ask for the source code.
Problems Connecting:
Try the following:
- Are you using the correct query port?
Check with your GSP for the Query Port (NOT Game Port) and then manually type the number into the Query Port field.
- Is your GSP allowing Remote Console for Rust? If not, then there is nothing I can do - you can't remotely control your game server.
- Try turning off your firewall then connecting. If that's successful, allow RustRCON32.exe through your firewall before re-enabling it.
- Try turning off your antivirus then connecting. If that's successful, whitelist RustRCON32.exe in your antivirus before re-enabling it.
- Try running the program as administrator (Shortcut->Advanced->Run as administrator).

Can't upload files here (only link to them), so not much else I can do. If I spammed it around the web, I'd then have to respam every update as well which is a lot of work, so like you... cbf.
