When i start the game, there's no server on my list and at the bottom is writting "Updating"!

you might be in developer beta mode check the properties of rust in steam
In your Library where all you games are in Steam right click on Rust. Go to the bottom of that menu and it will say "Settings" in the settings there is a Beta tab. It should be to the far right on the window that pops up. It will state Beta and beta Key Code. Make sure you Opt Out of beta patches. This will keep you up to date only for the real patches that launch.

Lastest Dev patch is testing the revolver gun in replacement of the 9mm Pistol and also the ability to craft metal bars for placement on windows.
Restart your computer, worked for me.
