Look like building that will be already spawned in the world. If you check the writtings it tells you what everything is

I disagree, if you look in the top left corner is says "the next stage up after scrap metal?", which suggests that these structures are planned to be buildable

Looks like they're already planning electricity. All last concepts have generators and stuff. Awesome.
