Are admins able to see logs of removed storage boxes that had loot inside them?
Depends which one of the many plugins he used. Remove is not a feature in Rust, it's modded.

Don't run around with the /remove switch on, simple solution. Remove what you need to and turn it off instantly afterwards.
What mod and what plugin were you using? We run Magma with RustSurvivalRemove and it does not allow removal of boxes. I took this as a precaution to the exact event you describe: accidentally removing a box FULL of items.
Also, if it currently is removable, I would strongly suggest making it such that it's not.

So you would quit the game after being raided once? Just think of it as getting use to bouncing back from a raid. At least you still have your house and all the stuff you have already researched. I mean shoot I've lost tons of stuff. I don't think I would quit over it just balls up and start farming again.
Yeah I had remove toggled on, forgot all about it then had a gun fight with automatics in my house with disastrous consequences lol

You should remember that this game is in alpha. Any update to the game could require a total wipe for version compatibility. You would be losing everything and you would have no say in the matter at all.
The sooner you become less attached to your stuff and accept that it's all going away eventually anyway (there WILL be wipes between now and release), the happier you'll be.
