Hi, When i play the game i get around 100 fps but once a while i get random giant fps drops witch is bad in gun fights is there something wrong with my system or is it just the game that needs optimization

FX 6300 4.7GHz
8GB DDr3
GTX 960 SSC
Kingstone SSD 120 (Windows)
Toshiba 1TB HHD
All overclocked run stable i have tested all of them and they run fine with no fps drops on games and temps stay low
