Community Server Needing Daily Restarts - Haven't Seen This In A While

Hey peeps. For a while now (3+ months) we haven't had to do daily restarts on our server. We'd restart once a week with the patch and let it roll, however since the last patch we've had to restart every day or else the server begins to lag like crazy. Unsure if/what changed but it's definitely a new behavior we haven't seen in a long time. Unsure it'll help but here are the server specs:

-CPU: Intel Xeon E5-2687W 10 Core
-RAM: 32GB DDR3 1866
-PCI-e SSD
-Bandwidth - 990MB/s Down and 920MB/s Up
-Server Cap - 150 People, average pop per night, 120

Just curious if anyone else is seeing the same issues or if it's something local to my host.
