Where did rust server facepunch toronto development go?

Server restarted this evening, has not come back...anyone know what became of it?

This happens all the time on the "official" facepunch servers. That is why I only play on the community servers now. The London facepunch server frequently disappears for 1 or 2 weeks at a time!

It's when servers are being used for the development branch, you will see them again when the main branch is the same as the development branch but they will disappear again when they are updated to match the current development branch.
