Since its alpha and they really wants our opinion about the game and updates or downgrades, i realized that the game area is too big, too many ideas comes in peoples mind, after you settler a shelter at the top of Everust and appreciate the vast other side of everust. I group some ideas i saw useful to put in this game and improvement: - Improve different kind of animals and its skills, my opinion is some felines like lions/tigers/cheetahs and more passive animals (passive could be hunted by aggressive animals) - We could have mount, like horses, by a taming system giving food to the horse. - WE NEED PAINT AND SPRAY! To colour your house and spray the house of your enemy with a logo of the clan or lone wolf. - YAY! Cannibalism: if we eat too much human food, can become a zombie, only becoming human again by death/respawn. - RWARR, where is my sword? - A poisoned katana could be more mortal than a shotgun. - Where is my road? - Allow to build roads by players.
-Enable door sharing with specific usernames. -Add way more weapons of all types. -Make the transition from bow to pistol a lot longer. -Add more types of armor and better graphical representation of each so they can be recognized. -Add creation and deployment of traps to be able to defend a home or hunt players and even animals. -Make wall windows smaller so its impossible to jump through but possible to see/shoot through. -Create more logistical resource spawning: more ore on mountains, more logs in forests. -After creating a certain item so many times, require a little less time to create that specific item. -When standing close to a workbench, require less time to create any item. -Add spikes, barbwire, and other defensive tools that can be placed directly on walls. -Add reinforcements that can be placed on walls to make them more resistant. -Add signs that can be written on. -Add the ability to lay flat down on the ground. -Add caves and if possible even tunnels. UI -Right-clicking armor in inventory should equip it and exchange its slot with the currently equipped piece. -Show total crafting time when increasing the number of items to be created. -Allow nameplates to be seen from further away. -Add parties and party chat.
Signs is a good idea. and i want the option to delete stuff built by me faster than just cuting them down.

Like a lot of the ideas except what Monster suggested and the party/party chat. Steam already allows private voice and text chatting, but in game it just needs to be accomplished through a more developed character customization feature.

+1 for: * Additional gameplay features: door sharing (this really is a must, luckily in implementation already) simple herbal system / berries (as starter food or when in need in need, few calories /50-100/, almost none healing effect, also source of dye, poison, healing potion ingredient etc.) ability to grow one's own food close to your home ability to cause Injured status to animal / player (with low probability / specific weapon / when hitting leg hitboxes) to add some (not OP / short range) crowd control ability to hold light source in other hand when using one-hand melee/ranged weapon dynamic spawns (both nodes and animals, such a nice map and so much wasted space there) caves and tunnels would totally rock! or at least ability to build base down into underground levels as well removal of all automatic weapons, one shotters are ok, except maybe pump shotgun, all should be realistically craftable home-made better bow mechanics (not directly crosshair, but current state can be abused by using marker/crosshair overlay) rewarding exploration - replace zombies with dynamic npc raider camps (sort of fallout style, crude weaponary, dangerous in numbers, useful loot) * Deeper crafting system: more craftable cold weapons - sling, crossbow, different variety of bows, spear (the only wooden-only weapon), blowpipe (with poisoned arrows / paralyzing), different material arrow-heads, spear-heads poison on melee weapons / arrows or radiation (using highly radiated zombies bodies) longer transition from bow to pistol + decreasing craft time for bow + arrows (why actually crafting arrows takes longer than crafting 5x that many bullets? o.0) bigger stacks of arrows, 20 as a absolute minimum, 30+ highly advisable, they should be cheap, easy and fast to craft (or keeping at 10 and introduce craftable quiver for bigger stacks per slot) craftable traps! we need traps! to protect our bases, to have more tactical possibilities and to hunt ability do disassemble items (e.g. metal in furnace) back into metal fragments / parts use any wooden item as fuel in campfire/furnace more depth to gun crafting (crafting handles, barrels etc. then assembling, maybe even combining different components for unique weapons with unique characteristics) candles (from low grade fuel), to give discreet light in your home not being visible from afar also, why stone hatchet requires 5 stones (thus 2 piles of stone to be harvest) when there is ONE stone attached to wooden body... stone hatchet being a first tool it should be easy to craft ...that would be the game I will love even more! DISCLAIMER: not all are my ideas, kudos to original authors!
Automatic weapons should stay. Maybe become rarer, but stay none the less. I'd like to see a lever action rifle, maybe a crank gattling gun, base mounted weapons, etc...

some kind of a clan system would be great and cave and tunnels would totaly rock!
-Add stationary weapons placable on ceilings to defend homes. Should be use up a lot of space and shoot slow but powerful shots. Something like trebuchets or giant slingshots.

No, please no. Devs are preparing to put in the heli and considering cars, but horses.... JESUS Second Point: Zombies are only placeholders, devs are taking them out in 1 of the near patches, and killing people for meat would really be annoying. Third Point: OH GOD NO! You realize what this would do to servers... i dont even want to imagine it!

You just lock it in a shed and deprive it of food and hit it until it does what you want. That's proper old school breaking techniques.

Looks silly to run around with factory-produced automatic rifle while being naked.

-Make places with grass so high you cant see other players. -Enable tree and bush planting to create more camouflage in a wanted area.
