No one can join server

Good Morning,

I started the server last night. We all logged out and than this morning no one can join. Getting error "Facepunch_Connector_AuthTimeout"

I have gone into my servers Control Panel and have Restart, Start/Stop and even used the Steam Update just in case.

Nothing seems to be working. I am using the hosting company called. HFBservers.

Anyone else using them and knows how to fix this? Thank you for your time in reading this.
