My friend and I are both admins on the server we play on. We recently added the portal gun plugin for oxide and was testing it out for a few hours. For some reason we lost connection from the server and have not been able to reconnect. It's giving us both a Failed to connect - message. There are people online on the server but the other admin and i cannot join or see the server showing up on the history. I've got rights to the control panel and I've checked to see if we got banned and we did not. I've tried everything i can think of. We both lost connection at the same time (We live together) and both cant get in, but everyone else can. I tried to ping the IP with the cmds prompt in windows but it lost all packets. My internet is working perfectly aside from trying to connect to the server, i can connect to other servers... I've restarting the game, server and my computer and nothing is fixing this. Also reset my IP and that did not change anything. I tried to connect with net.connect command as well here is a photo of what it says.. How in the heck do we fix this?

Edited: Contacted the server provider and minutes later got a reply.
They said,

You guys didn't do anything wrong, it's just our firewall being overly sensitive I think. I'm investigating now and will update you shortly. If it was because of our firewall being too sensitive I'll issue a $10 credit on your account.
