Stuck in loading at Waiting Character

I just bought the Game few hours ago and i cant play.

I'm also having this issue. It's been this way for weeks.

Load through the entire game, but it won't load into the server. It just says "Waiting for character" Server reboots do not help.

This happened right after a server crash one day.
