I just started a server and I cant find it on list?

I just opened a server and now when I look fr it it isn't listed will it be under community or modded? what port do i use 28015 or 28016?
really need help

You can currently only "start" a server from official hosting providers

And what if it is a leaked server files server? That's the only thing that allows me to play the game at the moment and I bought the game through steam but I get 200 ms on every server.. So yeah
