Hey guys! super new to this game! I really want to play it but every time I let it load up on Google Chrome It seems to crash when it spawns me in.
I know for a fact that my computer can handle the game but the 1 time I got to wonder around it was super glitchy, is there any downloadable clinic or should I try a different browser?? Thanks for the help!

Did you try turning your computer off, then turning it back on?

Firefox runs it best for me. Firefox is supposed to be optimized for Unity...

it was a Western US server i think but this was like 2-3 nights ago.

Well tryed it but Unity crashed.

I also just downloaded firefox but it crashed on there too.
What are your specs on your pc? This game is not optimized very well right now, so a lot of pcs from 2009 and under won't be able to handle it very well.

I just know it has played every game ive thrown at it on full settings.

Guys i have the same problem but i dont even spawn in. It loads 100% and then i get a message saying "unity player is not responding would you like to stop it? YES or NO" then may whole laptop crashed, tryed every server and every time i tried i had to keep restarting my laptop to do so. Might be hardware issues as i have 1gb ram and 1.73ghz cpu and not so great graphics card. Help me please. Much appreciated.

You won't be playing Rust with that laptop.
I was told all you need was a non-integrated graphics card and it will run fine.
Your CPU is at a very slow speed, your RAM is far lower than what rust takes on it's own and you havent told us what your GPU even is, could be terrible.

Well i mean I am currently trying to build a PC but I am having trouble finding good components in my price range. This is like a 6 year old laptop.
Head on over to the PC building subforum, the guys there can piece together something for you.
Sadly I don't think that laptop will get you far.
