Difference between community and Modded

Where is the difference between community and Modded ?

Community just means it's a private server. Modded means they've changed some of the settings to make it different from vanilla, like half-crafting times and such...

Community Servers are Basically Official servers except they're hosted by players.
Modded are the same except the owners have changed aspects of the game ( Craft time, drops, ect, )
