Aside form server connectivity why cant i go into ANY community servers?

No matter how many times i click or spam i cant ever join any community servers (i am aware they are off line im not talking about the connection process). Its a bug im assuming are there any fixes or loops holes? i dont know any servers ips to put into my console to connect that way so im stuck trying to spam click servers just to join one if any.
