I used to play a lot of the new rust but after these new updates for some reason i can't play. I log into a server and it can take anywhere from 3-5 minutes, and after i log in and get to moving around my game just stutters and freezes. I never used to have this problem and i think i need to update my rig but im not sure. If im just walking around in the game i can get 80+ FPS but out of nowhere it can just stutter and freeze and sometimes my character will even rubber band backwards. Does anyone know the cause of this?
Processor : core i5 3570 3.40 ghz
Ram : 4.00 GB
GPU: GTX 650 TI
Same problem. I get this crap on 50x gather server etc..
i don't think its because of the server. this happens literally on every server i go onto.
get at least 8 gb ram
Thanks for the tip. I wasn't sure if it was the ram because it had worked before but after asking around it seems that is the problem.
I now rubber band all the time since the latest update where I've never had it happen before.
