Launch game, press Play Game, nothing ever populates and the refresh button does not seem enabled.
Console shows no errors. Am I just not meant to play this or something?
I have this same problem anyone have any idea what's causing it?

Are you sure your firewall isn't blocking anything?
Otherwise, check through the servers posted in the rust sub forum and simply do this
- Open the console ( F1 )
- Type net.connect "Server IP"
