As I know Rust is a pre-access game. I found something buggy when playing Rust.
I already reinstalled the game. However the graphics seem to flash every 2 seconds into this picture:

after a while its normal and then it started to get this graphics again. I installed the latest drivers from nvidia. This also seems to happen sometimes on my brothers PC with an AMD HD 6780.
the strange part is that sometimes it just plays fine. Anyone else experience this kind of behaviour?
Tested on every quality. At fastest it even gets rainbow like graphics. This only happens to me in Rust. Also the FPS i get at the highest graphics are around ~40 fps. So I do not think I got to low hardware.

Windows 8.1
i5-2500k
GTX 660
8GB Ram

My brother gets the exact same shitty looking water.
I'm not sure about his hardware (I may ask him some details tough). All I know is that he's playing under Windows 7.

Interesting, this bug was in the Linux branch a couple of weeks back. You say it is flashing on and off? I posited at the time that it could be linked to the airdrop lights, as they were the only thing I could think of that flashed. Don't know how right or wrong I was.

Yes it is definitely flashing on and off. Also i got it Red and green like extreme thing once. Note that this is not always.. however, its always flashing. (sorry for the big images)

This reminds me of graphics issues on my old x86 running dos games before I had windows.
