Loot Table Changes:

C4 comes from Airdrops and zombies have a really small chance of dropping charges. (This enables lone-wolfs or small groups to obtain charges if they can't contest the drops) Explosive powder itself is not craftable therefore the only way to get charges is through airdrops or zombies.

Bolt Action, MP5, M4, Kevlar drop ONLY from Airdrops (But are researchable)

We want to increase the time it takes to reach end-game, and ensure we don't have fully kitted people running around after an hour due to lucky rng in towns.

So any ETA on updating the server? It's been IncompatibleVersions all day. Was about to invite some friends to this server, but not if the admin is MIA. And I take it this means all our structures are decaying in the meantime, since I can still connect to something (albeit incompatible)?
