That will not work on a Rust server. It says right in the title that it's for Orangebox. Orangebox servers could be DDoSed with an exploit in the code and this would fix that, your Rust server is not being DDoSed the same way and there's not really any way to stop it without spending hundreds of dollars a month on protection that still might not always work.
