How do I buy Rust?, Do I go to this website or the old website?

Hello, I have been looking around this website searching for the buy rust option and I can't find it... So do I have to go to the old site and go on the auction?, Then if I do get it how do I convert it into a steam key? Or will it already be converted when I buy it?
