How do you turn on nudity for your server? So everytime people get on your server censorship is off

Some servers have nudity on and some servers ive been on does not have it on, so i wanted to ask if there is a command to put in the config files to make it nudity for the whole server.

The plugin I linked above is for Oxide only.
