Wow. I came back reading the updates and what do I read: lots of people complaining about hackers... there we go...
I knew from the beginning that if killing on sight is not gonna be judged the game will be too unbalanced. You will always encounter ignorant people who don´t understand that this game is a GAME. They will make every effort to be successful. Even if it´s cheating. I also like how people, who kill naked newbies who aren´t armed call themselves "good players". I know. 99% of all cases you will be victorious if the fight is a gun vs. tool encounter. But it´s a separate question whether you can call yourself a good player, winning fights with long range weapons against short distanced, or not... For that, I already got the answer. But what about the experts who should feel addressed?...

You have the aspect of survival. What is survival? What are the factors that make a human having no choice but to fight for survival. What is the difference between a human trying to survive and an animal? An animal would kill another animal to survive. His "friends" would not avenge their fella. Not like a human. A human remains in the minds of others. People will get sad if they lose their fella. Therefore, to prosecute the killer and make him feel sadness for the lost life of his victim people invented judgment. It´s a daily factor that is part of every humans life. Judgment is always brought by third parties. I would like you to think about that and maybe think about adding new possibilities.
