Rumor has it, players' complaints about Rust servers that top the list are wipes, admin abuse, and insane packs of noob killing hostiles, and cheaters. Well you found a server that has none of that.
PVP is allowed. We have teleport, only 3 per day. No crafting C4, airdrops only. HalfCraft.
Airdrops start at 10 players. Although I break my own rule sometimes as we are still building a regular player base.
We have a starter kit, no it doesn't have guns, can't make it THAT easy cmon!
Owner Removal Tool, Admin has the admin remove tool for stubborn pieces.
Admin doesn't raid or kill, so no admin abuse. I repeat, no admin abuse.
I found that the default item durability loss is very aggressive, so I've turned it down to a level I think is reasonable. It's not OFF just turned down.
I just setup a 50-slot teamspeak exclusively for our Rust server.
No wipes! Yes, no wipes! I will NOT, repeat, will not wipe the map unless it gets corrupted (low probability of this, since the backup runs automatically every ten minutes, and I ran a manual backup once a day) or a Rust update specifically, and explicitly requires, e.g. the map has been changed or updated.

I'm new to rust. I friend showed me this server because I had rage quit several others. I started building and made quite a lot of progress when the server crashed, admin was on and refunded everything that people had lost due to the crash, one of the best servers i have had the pleasure to be on.

SO many great players and love the admin's. There was a huge hour long duel that happened last night. Bunch of people and lots of fun.

It really is a great server. Good rules, no abuse and no hackers whatsoever. Been playing for awhile and haven't even had a server wipe. Join if you want to play the game how it was meant to be played.
I have 200 hours logged on rust and have played on multiple "well maintained servers". Well how about I cut the trial and error for you, Join this server. Most level headed and committed admin I have ever encountered.

This is a really good server everyone. Zero admin abuse and no hackers, which are the two main things i see people complaining about. So come and hang out with us and have a good time (or kill us, your call!)
