Slow Packet - Error Message

What about this error message, I have seen a few of them from time to time but now I'm seeing a TON of them...

Slow Packet: 50.135.145.111:58785/1531243/129/89 -> 0.78 seconds

Slow Packet: 24.3.214.205:58784/1632050/129/89 -> 0.73 seconds
Slow Packet: 66.30.33.11:53934/1525262/129/89 -> 0.77 seconds
Slow Packet: 24.3.214.205:58784/1632050/129/89 -> 0.73 seconds

Any ideas?

will the server command line param [B]-nologs[/B] get rid of that ?

What are all the server command line parameters anyway...

I think it's lagging the server because I see so many of them....
