Can i call in an Air drop with a smoke signal if the server population is under airdrop minimum?
Or will I just spoil my smoke signal?
I haven't found one yet, but I just found out they can be found (.3% chance) in silver weapon crates and red animals.
I farm those crates and animals a lot, so if I find one I want to be sure I can deploy it.
(All ready found 6 M4's and 4 C4 and some Kevlar)
The server I play on has not many players most of the time 2 to 3, I know there have to be a minimum of 5 players online for the random Airdrops to start.
And if it works I'm gonna deploy it when I'm alone on the server that happens a lot to! ;-)

You can call it in whenever you want, with 1 player or 100000 players. Doesn't matter.
The only way i've found it was in airdrops, not silver crates. Depends on the server if they've modified the loot.

Oke so that's good news, and I guess the thing I read about the .3% chance was on a modded server then.
Could be not sure, atleast i haven't found one in a box.
Unless it's been changed on the server I thought the default minimum amount of people was 50? :S
Correct, but I play on a max 50 person server, and I chatted with some guys the came online and started asking how many people where online and if the airdrop all ready past over. Then they said on this server the minimum is 5, and they where correct there where 5 or 7 peeps online and after couple minutes the airdrop came in, it was pretty close to my base but diden't dare to have a peek! They found it after 15 min. I could have been there in 2 min. Darn haha!
