Rust gameserver hosting?

Hey guys, I was looking around to look up for a good server hosting company and I just can't figure out what hosting company is any good..
Looking for a decent price, I don't wanna end up paying 40-50$ a month on hosting a server while I can just play on others who do want to host it.
I want to be able to add mods to my server (Oxide and RUST++ looks amazing)
I want the server to be remote controlled (Because my computer can handle the game and such, but I don't want to use my CPU and all that stuff on hosting it)
(I have almost no experience hosting a server on my own so I'd like a easy-to-use admin/control panel)
I'm looking for just a server I can play on with friends, and maybe some other people who want to join but only for 20-50 people max. (Else it'll be chaotic in my opinion and more slots, higher price huh?)
I live in the Netherlands so I'm not looking for a server in the US or AUS or anywhere outside Europe (preferably NL obviously)

So yeah, if anyone can link me some good hosts, and/or tell me why (experiences and stuff) or just tell me what I can do with it and how, I would really appreciate it.

I was looking for any tips for gameserver hosting, if anyone have advice which one is good for example Multiplay/HBF or any other host, not a server itself so, sorry but that's not a answer to my question :)

I was recommending FPSplayers.com
Was giving the server info so you could join one hosted by them and see if its a service that you might like. ;)

I have a server from both hfbservers and fpsplayers.

FPSPlayers game client interface is more responsive & quicker and at the time of writing this post I have a working updated rust++ server (w/ new revolver) with drop party installed. Rust++ was installed using the game clients mod manager. Oxide was also there as an option but I have not tested it.

Hfbservers doesn't have mod support for rust++/oxide yet or it is not showing up in my mod manager for me. I would recommend fpsplayers at the moment.
