Srsly... BIG Problems with my License... First no Key - then banned?

Okay got 2 Mails - no Key included only the phrase "please contact Support for a License" website told me something else - that i will recive the key instantly - but.. okay done.
Now [B]3 Hours later[/B] i recieved a Key, reg @ the page... log in...

[B]YOUR BANNED[/B] ... rofl! My Purchase is invalid or is send back to me - i should ask @ the forum, iam a little bit mad.. sorry!
My paypal is just [I]-14 USD[/I] - complete payd and all fine, no transfer back to my paypal.

Wanted to stream this :( i just go offline, my viewers just lold about this.

You get a banned message only using internet explorer, try Google chrome instead

If you guys have problems like that and can't resolve them, EMAIL the devs (address can be found in the contact section of the FacePunch website). I had a problem and sent them an email and had a reply within like 5 minutes that said the issue should be resolved (and it was).
