I have issues selecting items in my inventory. I have to highlight as if the the object is at least 1/2 squares to the left. I haven't adjusted anything except mouse sensitivity. I've relaunched the game several times but it persist. It was fine yesterday.
I know it's not satisfying but it might be a functioning work-around.. Try running the game in the same resolution as you run Windows. So adapt your windows resolution to the game or the other way around.
