If it's a false positive because Valve screwed up, you will be unbanned.
If you don't get unbanned, justice was served.

Even if it was a False Positive I highly doubt he will be Unbanned.

According to Garry the site where most of these hacks came from have ask people to claim they were banned in error and never used hacks so it's impossible to know if the people really got banned in error or are just saying it to keep the hacks making money.
He said that no one is getting unbanned. I have a good dozen friends who play this game who I know didn't hack and none got banned.

No one cares at this point. I am proof that there was no fluke in VAC. I have been teleported by admins, fallen through the world, been kicked from servers, and look at my account, no ban.

I don't know if it's a false positive or not, which is why I said, [B]if[/B] it was a false positive, you'll be unbanned, and if not, then justice has been handed out. The chance of false positive is unlikely, but I'm neither a Valve employee nor a Rust dev, so I don't know for sure what's happening behind the scenes with these VAC bans.
But I'm guessing they're valid.

I'm with jonny on this one.
I admin a popular server and I've teleported and crashed soo many times. Fallen through the world when killed/died, rubber banded on objects, teleported and been stuck in objects. My client has played in low and high ping servers. Etc.
And guess what... no ban. And none of the admins I play with or the server owner have been banned and we have used the ingame admin tools ( as poor as they are) to their fullest extent.
Valve is a real honey with unbanning true false positives.

vac is almsot always right and I don't see it randomly banning people. I was one of the people that got banned and I see no point of you guys posting more and more of these kind of threads.
I swear each thread I get a good laugh, you are only making developers happier that you are foiled, and are not fooling anyone regardless of how smart you think you are.

I'm at least giving him the benefit of the doubt. If they are going to complain of a false ban, then they should at least back it up when I google their FP username and find an account on a hacks website with the same name.
He also show up registered for the sites flashhacking and ilikecheats
