I found when it happens. It seems to be tied to that sound bug on barricades and barbwires where you hear the wrong sound. I was having fun causing that bug last night and I'd get these errors in the console right as I did.. I could reproduce this a dozen times, they are perfectly tied.
Pretty sure it's something Facepunch needs to fix on their end.
wood arrows also have a sound glitch, although seem consistently to be the sound of building blocks breaking (wood)
