I have read that you can make the Doorway of the broken pickaxe with 200 strokes.
Is that true?
Are there any other options?

Hit f1 and type suicide . That should help you out.
If you are on a modified server it may have a remove tool you (or an admin) can use.

Use C4 or grenades?
Put all your gear in a chest before suiciding.
Thought - is one of your walls to the outside of the structure? if so you can put chests as close to the wall as you can get then suicide, if you are lucky the chests can be emptied from the outside of the wall.
