No servers on steam client

I have just noticed that when i load up my steam client to go onto rust there is no servers just play game(yes i have clicked it) options and exit.

I had this for awhile, I did the steam cache thing.. and then restarted steam and it came back

mine is no longer on steam now :'(

I found my file in steam directory now when im loading it says 'fetching load files' and staying there for ages

is it suppose to say fetching load list ?
