Found a few recent signs that character variation work has begun, which tho mostly an aesthetic change, I think will help people recognize their friends more and make your character feel a lot more personal. Pretty excited for these to show up.

It was started June last year, the black guy and Asian were near completion glad to see them being used.

I remember seeing those cards but I could never find them. Also seems like they were dormant for a long time. Thanks for finding that, I wanted to link that too.
