Hoping the Dev`s can anwer this question. Is there going to be a weight system implimented for the Characters? Body weight, weight of gear, ect. And if so will it affect how long you can swim for? Since there is so much awesome water now and beaches and land, just wondering if there is going to be any sort of realistic limit to swimming. Would be a reason to add boats/rafts too if there is :)
don't forget swimming on your back, which I can do almost forever. :)

Same here...however not while carrying a 50lb bag of rocks, Iron Ore, Wood, Meat, Guns, Ammo, hatchets, Hammers, clothing, building foundations, walls, stairs, and all that jazz lol. Water and the ability to swim and transverse it is great, but if you can just swim across without any issues it losses some of its awesomeness.

Or you could just use.. Rafts.
