Hey there,
i see allot of servers with the node [no grief] but i can't find anything about is on the wikis and forums how to enable this for my own server. I'm okay when doors are blown up but to grief entire houses i really dislike that.

There is no "No Grief" mechanic, I think they just mean that the server mods are active and will ban people for griefing.
some no grief servers i visited it wasn't possible to blow up walls only doors, crates etc...
