Why is it they are able to fly around at the speed of light, but i fall 2 feet off some boulder and i get kicked because it thinks im speed hacking.
Or try walking through one of my doors and it kicks me.

If you do some searching the door glitch kick is a common issue and will likely be addressed soon or in the future. It's usually due to opening a door and walking through and closing it at the same time, which causing you to clip through the geometry. If the game detects you clipping through a physical object, you'll get kicked.
