Hey. I had researched the Explosive Charge, and on recipe it says 15 Explosives, 1 flare. Where could I get Explosives? Or it is just basically grenades?
It requires 15 Low grade Fuel, some Gunpowder and sulfur to craft a single explosive. The explosives can be found in the airplane drops everyday and then researched with a research kit and paper, haven't encountered an explosive in a zombie drop or industrial building, therefore I'm pretty sure you can only get them from the airplane drops, or potentially kill someone who has it on them.

Yeah, sorry.. it actually requires 2 Low grade fuel for a single explosive and 30 for a single C4.
