I'm a new Rust Admin. Some people are pointing others as hackers/aimbot how to get the guy?

Hi guys I started a new Rust server. I'm kinda new to this but I love this game. Yesterday there was a guy other people said he was using some kind of aimbot or something, is there a professional way to know it? Logs or something?
