I am not sure what this error is but I was just playing my server I just bought today and restarted it after putting a few mods on it and I keep getting this error, I can join all the other servers too though so I am not banned, either have I hacked.
it means you are banned from that server! It's not a VAC ban, it's a server ban! That is valid only on that server it's issued on!!!
Reason: Ask admin on that server!!!!!
I am the Owner of that server, I did not ban myself, I am the only admin.

Check the banid list .. maybe your ip/steamip have been added somehow! U need to check with your gsp regarding the banlist for your server.. this is a bit different from gsp to gsp

check with the mods you installed .. is there any config that has to be edited .. that you might have forgot... as in .. you need to add your rcon, or username or something .. and as you forgot that, the mod banned you somehow...
Well I deleted all the mods, looked at the bans and there is only 20, none of them are me or my steam ID or IP.
do you get any info from the console?
have you checked the CORRECT banlist??? I ask, cuz I made that mistake on my server, after the patch it was moved to another folder... and my gsp did not show it on the server cpanel! but they added a reply regarding this!!!
Check ( with ftp or another one if possible ) the serverdata folder for banid.list and check there too..
Nope, only the people I banned. I mailed support and hopefully they can sort this out.

Normally the ban message isn't that.
It says something like "Connection_banned"
What Mods did you install and what GSP do you use?
nitrous-networks
and oxide, door share and oxmin are the only mods no the server.
As far as my understanding goes if it's a Facepunch kick/ban then you're more likely to be banned from the game itself for cheating.
