Can I run Rust with these specs?

Hi. I was wondering if I could run Rust with the following:

Intel Celeron Dual Core 2.6 Ghz
4GB DDR3 RAM
Radeon 6450 HD 1GB

I know its pre-release so it probably doesn't run very well to begin with but I was wondering what kind of fps i would get? Could I possibly get 50 - 60 fps?

Highly doubt it, regarding 50-60. Celeron is Intel's budget CPUs, and 4 gigs of ram is the minimum required. You should get over 30 though, I'm pretty sure. Your graphics might compensate too, but no promises.
