create pre-visualization tool based rust web app help

Good morning, I took days looking for a tool rust that uses but can not find, to have if you can help me, the tool used to preview a base lets you put stairs, doors, floors, ceilings, walls, anything from rust all in 2D view and you can see how much wood you need, how much stone, the armored, and so to make accounts as cost you create your base. thanks
pd: you published this tool on a blog but can not find it and I need it as it was very useful :)
