Don't understand why can't see my server in the list

Hello,

I rented server and managed two monthes.

But i realized that i can't see my server in the rust server list

At first, thought it is just my problem. But it was not only my problem.

Every ppls who is playing in my country is not able to see my server in the server list.

I did everything what i can do (sent tracert result to hosting company, sent email to facepunch)

But have no idea about this problem. Other country's ppls able to see my server

But only my cointry's ppls cant see my server. its really weird.

Have any idea about it???
