There is a hacker in my server and there is nothing I can do as the admin

He is using the blank username glitch with some extra character at the end. Because of this, there is no way I can boot him from the server. I have attempted to ban his SteamID however the console does not respond to it (there is no success message). I've added his Steam64 ID to our ban.cfg and restarted the server but yet he can still connect.

I cannot even teleport to him to kill him. When we kill him, he has 30 C4 on him as well as a ton of medkits and ammo.

What can I do as the server owner to get this guy out of here?

Report him to steam for the time being, admin tools will likely be coming.

copy his name by simply clicking on the empty space there

When banning someone on the .cfg, which way do I ban them? Their SteamID64 or their SteamID?

Do I add:
banid STEAM_0:0:47699250
or
banid 0:0:47699250
or
banid 76561198055664228

to the banlist?

I've tried finding people's correct steam ID on steam myself to ban some people off my server but it doesn't work properly yet.

As already mentioned, just wait it out till they release a working admin tool.

It's the alpha phase and VAC isn't enabled yet either. Once it is, some people may get a nasty surprise...

VAC IS enabled, it just doesn't ban cheaters right away. It bans them in waves.
