Need Some Help Getting Airdrops To Work On A Vanilla Server

Hey everyone! So I'm trying to get airdrops working but I'm unsure if they are still bugged on vanilla servers. I've added this airdrop.min_players "20" to the server.cfg but they still aren't going off unless I do them manually. Is there something else that I can do to make them run on a community server?
